Arms & Abdomen is a paired-area booking on YUNARA’s body-care menu. The 40 minutes shown beside the service is for the combined appointment. If you have been looking for an option that concentrates on these areas, this is the entry to read before choosing a studio and time.
Both areas are in the name
The service brings the arms and abdominal area into one appointment. Back, leg and décolleté care have their own entries elsewhere on the menu. If you are also considering neck and shoulder care, read the décolleté guide. Reading the full name helps you keep the area you want attached to the booking.
If your interest is mainly in the arms or mainly in the abdomen, mention that before booking and ask how the treatment is arranged. You can also describe a part you would prefer to leave out. That is more useful than selecting an appointment and hoping its focus matches what you had in mind.

Signature Arms & Abdomen Treatment is described as gentle, focused hands-on care with smooth, flowing techniques. Intensive Arms & Abdomen Treatment + RF combines RF with firmer, targeted hands-on care.
Both options are listed at 40 minutes. Here, the difference is the treatment style and RF inclusion. Compare the individual descriptions and ask about the option you prefer using its full name.
Keep the location with the service
The arms and abdomen options appear in both studio menus. Browns Bay appointments run on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Glenfield / Wairau Valley appointments run on Tuesday and Thursday, upstairs inside YES Acupuncture Clinic.
Choose the location before looking at available times. If you are arranging your visit around a particular day, use that studio’s calendar to see the actual appointments on offer.
