Before you confirm a massage booking

Once you have chosen a massage, the next decision is an appointment that fits your day. Keep the service you selected in view as you move from YUNARA’s menu to the booking calendar. It is worth checking the full name, the studio and the time together before you confirm, especially if you have been comparing several options.

Start from the studio you intend to visit

Browns Bay and Glenfield have separate booking entries. Open the massage menu, choose your studio and continue from the treatment you want. Keep that location attached to the service when you look for an available appointment.

If you are switching between two tabs or returning to a link you saved earlier, take another look at the selected studio. The same treatment name can appear at both locations. Our studio guide has the addresses and appointment days if you want to check your plans before opening the calendar.

Read the whole treatment name

Small differences in a name can identify a different booking. Back care and a back-and-leg combination have separate entries; Signature and Intensive options also have their own descriptions. Compare the complete entry with the one you chose, including whether RF is listed.

Give the appointment room in your diary

YUNARA’s body menu contains services listed at 40 or 60 minutes. Use the duration on the individual entry you are booking. Then allow for travelling to the chosen studio and arriving five minutes before the appointment.

Check the date as well as the clock time, particularly when comparing different days in the calendar. If you have another commitment nearby, leave yourself the time you need to get between the two places rather than planning around the treatment duration alone.

Check the amount before completing the booking

Compare the selected service and its price before paying. A 20% deposit secures the appointment, with the remaining balance paid in person by EFTPOS, card or cash. Keep a note of what you have booked and the confirmation you receive.
